I’ll be honest I really wasn’t hoping too much or expecting much out of these and they ended amazing. I am a business owner and a journeyman Millwright.
I know good tools, I abuse tools I break them.
These wheels are amazing and I won’t even say for the money they are good. I will tell you they are better than the stuff they’re selling at the store.
You have to buy in bulk so you have to buy Once and cry once but at the end of the day, you won’t be sad when you have a drawer full. 💯 I 100% endorse this brand. These are great wheels.

These flap discs still dig hard even when the competitors discs are ready for the trash can. If you’re on the fence because of the great deal from EZ Arc, don’t be. Get you some and never look back, you won’t be sorry.
I thought these flap wheels weren't going to last like many other brands I've used, but I was wrong. These babies last much longer than many other brands. Others in the first grinds throw out most of their sand when they contact the end of the material; these took the beat much better. I bought the big pack for myself, but ended sharing with some guys to finish the job faster.
Excellent quality. Ground around 75-80 ornaments on a single flap disk. Best wheel ever used. The material is 304. Stainless steel. These ornaments are to be given away in December to pediatric patients. The sparkle in the children's eyes and the smile on their faces is Priceless. Shared this product with other metal workers with very positive feedback.

For cheapo Facebook flap disks I was really surprised. They hold up really well and actually showed up. Didn’t have to contact the fraud department at my bank

These 80 Grit discs are a great value as I got these to the grind off the rust and peeling paint from my iron fencing. It's been years and we've neglected the fence, through rain and extreme heat, the rust was building up and over and paint was starting to chip off. Finally, I had enough, it would be a big task and would take lots of sanding over the weekend, but this set of 12 discs was fit for the job. It's great value considering how many we went through for this job. It does a fine job and it's definitely worth it. They are compatible with my Milwaukee. They work great and last a while. Highly recommend.
These don't last as long as the expensive ones, but they smoke the cheaper Harbor Freight ones. And at $2 a disc, you just can't beat it. The cheapest Harbor Freight ones cost twice as much. This is a no brainer. A roll of these 40 grit discs will eat through a ton of metal and last a good long while.
Nice and thick flap discs that can be fairly aggressive with heavier touch and can also give a decent finish with a lighter pressure. The disc seen in the photo was only used to clean up and prep the piece of metal in the photo and you can see the edges of the disc have started to fray and some of the grit is completely worn off. This is expected to a degree on any disc but discs don't always fray. The disc still had life left in it. While it's not the best disc I've ever used, I was still pretty happy with the performance. I did notice a lot of disc material flying off when I was more aggressive on the edges. In the end, I think the performance of the disc is highly dependent on what type of finish you're trying to achieve and if you are just cleaning off a flat surface or grinding 45 degree angles and prepping for welds.
I was cleaning up some welds with my angle grinder, and was spending more time grinding than welding. (Im not a very good welder). Got a pack of these , and couldnt be happier. I have saved enough on disks that maybe I can take a welding class now :-)
I've never been much into the flapper wheel's, but I figured I would give them a try ... Because they are so inexpensive. I've used a few and am surprised that they hold up as good as they do! Will definitely find more uses for them in the shop in the future... Thanks for the opportunity to give them a try.
Restoring old tractor implements lately. These wheels are holding up better than the ones I got at the local hardware store. They were very inexpensive and I didn’t know if they would last but figured the price was worth the risk. Far surpassed my expectations. Holding up well cleaning rusty plow blades and making my ugly welds look halfway decent.
Took a little longer than expected to arrive.
They don’t last as longer as others I’ve tried, but they last long enough for the money. May consider buying more in the future.
I was skeptical but figured what the hay, I've wasted that much money plenty of times before. These discs came so fast the box was smokin. I'll definitely order from them again.
