All EZARC AlCrN Carbide Rotary Burr Bits (Pro) share the same size specifications: 2-3/4" total length, 1/4" shank diameter, 1/2" cutter diameter, and 1" cutting length. They are all engineered with a premium AlCrN coating for maximum durability and precision on hard metals. The main difference lies in the head shape, which determines their specific use cases:

SA-5 (Cylinder Shape, Flat End): Best for flat surface milling, slotting, and edge finishing.

SB-5 (Cylinder Shape with End Cut): Features cutting edges at the tip, allowing downward cutting—ideal for blind holes and end-face work.

SC-5 (Cylinder Shape, Round End): Rounded tip makes it perfect for contouring, chamfering, and smooth curve finishing.

SF-5 (Tree Shape, Radius End): Cone-shaped with a rounded end, designed for curved surfaces, inside corners, and narrow grooves.
