Well secured and oiled in a decent plastic carrying case, this driver set is a game changer for the average home repair suite!
The magnetic functionality is a great touch and I will cherish it for as long as I can. Most magnetic tools that come into contact with high impact workflows end up either broken, or not magnetic enough to be useful. So far so good with this kit, but I do suspect that the magnets will fail eventually.
Despite my expectations for the magnets, this kit looks and feels very well made, especially for the price. The variety of bits and drivers is just right, not too varied and not too specific either. All of the common sizes that I use are there for the most part, except on the larger side of things but I knew that going into this kit.
The included wingnut socket is far more useful than I ever thought it would be, and all of the included items are well marked so that you can spot the size needed from a mile away.
If this kit were larger, it would be a pain to drag around, but they've managed to pack quite a lot into a smaller case which is great to see, there is not a lot of unused space which I can't stand with some tool companies.
Overall I highly recommend this kit if you've got a 1/4" Hex Shank impact driver, or even a nice drill that you see fit to use sockets with. Sometimes you need a socket on that less powerful driver and don't want to bring the big boys in for something and this kit makes that process easy. Watch out for deals on this product as it usually can be had for cheaper than posted, but I would recommend them regardless.
I have only lightly used these so I cannot speak to longevity and durability. They boast Chrome Vanadium which is good hard material so I can only go by that.
As for usability they work great and the magnets hold the bolt or nut just fine. When working on projects I will definitely add this to the tool box.
Overall a really nice set at a reasonable price point.
If you want a variety of impact-rated sockets and bits, this is a great set. The included case is also very nice to keep things organized, with metric on one side and SAE on the other.
When I first opened the box (see video), some had become dislodged from their holder during shipping and there was QUITE a bit of oil. The numbers are very easy to read, but I'm a bit disappointed that they aren't embossed or etched, so I'm a bit nervous about them wearing off over time.
As far as functionality, this kit is on point! The shallow nut drivers all have magnets inside for easily holding bolts. The other sockets are all deep-well. The extension is nice and long in case you need extra reach. Then there are a variety of bits as well as a long PH1 and PH2 bit.
Love this set, very complete. I have plenty of standard nut drivers but never such a range of sizes like this where they could take the place of a socket set. Quality seems good, markings are easier to read than most and the case is very nice....compact but sturdy and holds the bits pretty securely. The shorter bits have magnets but the deep ones do not which I guess makes sense. The magnets in the smaller bits are good enough but not as strong as ones I have that are made by a name brand that begins with a KL ....but still they are reasonably strong. Overall this is a great set, I have to really think now about whether I still want to default to using sockets or just use this instead for day to day projects, it seems pretty convenient.
I have not used it yet , but look like quality, I have one issue, from the 9/16 socket they skipped the 5/8 and 11/16 socket and went to 3/4. I don't care for that, makes me have to bring other sockets!!

I've been let down many times by the quality of name brand tool manufacturers so I was pleasantly surprised when I received these. The case is hard plastic and the sturdy metal clasp holds it together nicely. Glad they didn't cheap out on the design by using plastic tabs.
This set has a wide variety of sockets and is exactly what I needed, as I have been putting off getting a set of sockets for my impact. Impact sockets can get quite pricey but these are a great value.
I haven't had any problems with the magnets, excited to see how this set holds up over time!
