Worked great and much safer than breakable discs
So far it’s working pretty good. Compared to the abrasive wheels I’ve noticed it’s still cutting and the diameter hasn’t changed. I would have probably used three or four of the others by now. There is no dust but there are sparks which when cooled, are tiny bits of metal. Eye and ear protection is a must. Fortunately after cutting my nose is not all black so that’s good news. I’m still cutting on the first disc. Getting used to it will take a little longer but I think it will be worth it. And lastly, I’m interested in seeing how long it will continue to cut before I have to replace it. I’m cutting mostly 12 gauge mild steel sheet metal.

I bought 2 for a couple projects that I was going to be cutting a lot of steel from 1/8 flat bars to 5/8 round bars. I completed both projects and haven't gone to the second wheel yet. I've probably made at least 50 cuts on the original wheel and it still cuts very efficiently. I would highly recommend. In the long run, they'll save money over conventional cut off wheels and are definitely safer because they don't break or chip.
This blade was a good purchase. Some comments described it as cutting through 1/2 inch rebar in.like a hot knife through butter in.. I didn't see that but can get through one in about 90 seconds. It's for you to decide whether that's too long but I'm fine with it. As to longevity, I made 28 cuts through 1/2 inch rebar for a project and the only wear was to the paint. The abrasive surfaces are still completely intact. You can see what it looks like after these cuts in the picture. My experience with regular aluminum oxide mesh disks is four or five cuts at a maximum.
i bought this to cut up alot of scrap metal, i am accustomed to those thin cut-off discs but they always seem to explode or just simply wear down quickly. this diamond wheel was cutting steel, metal /alloy like a hot knife through butter but after around 4 / 6 cuts of thick steel (20mm) the wheel started to lose its momentum. it was taking longer to cut through the same steel that it just sliced through. i eventually stopped using it, switched it out for a thin cut off disc to finish the task. customer service reached out and was very professional they actually took the time to talk with me so they could understand what went wrong. 5 stars. they pointed me to a cut off wheel that is more suitable for the task.

I couldn't imagine one of these blades could do 5000 cuts of anything, but I decided to give two of them a try over the pack of 25 discs I usually buy. The Graff disc took 3:54 to cut through 1.25 rebar. Unfortunately, as the abrasive edge quickly wore off, the blade would heat up and bind, triggering the thermal protection on the grinder. I'd pause the timer and let it cool off to start again. Total cutting time was more like 8 minutes. That compares poorly to the Ezarc Metal Master disc which cut through in 2:22 with no pauses. The abrasive edge feels tougher on the Ezarc and there's more of it left. 5000 cuts through 1.25" rebar? No, but I'd say the Ezarc has about double the life of the competition and will last at least as long as 25 discs with no changes needed.
Using it to cut thru old galvanized pipes. Cuts like butter.

I didn't want to review yet as only used on 20mm rebar. Its not as good as a fibre disk as it snags feels like the start or friction welding. Im sure it will out last fibre disks still feels sharp after 10 cuts. Haven't used on sheet steel yet. Hence middle of the road score. The price was good. Gave my neighbour 1 of the 5 disks but he hasn't used yet

It cuts well 1/2 rebar we cut many pcs of it and it held up,takes a bit longer then the old blades but it also stayed in 1 pc, didnt explode like they did
I haven't used it a lot it's a two pieces to steal that I cut which were decent thickness cut nice smooth and like butter much better than any grinding disc
