I used this disc on an angle grinder for cutting tile and glass type material, and it made a cleaner cut than a general purpose blade. I am no expert on discs like these, but to me, they are well made, quality manufactured, look great. Plenty of grit on them as well. They fit my grinder just fine and they even give you washers to fit, probably any grinder. Came packed good. So far, they cut real nice, quick and clean. Only time and use will tell how they last, so I'll update this if anything changes. Good stuff, okay price, would recommend.

The first thing that impressed me when I opened the two-pack, ''This disc is no lightweight toy.'' The diamond coating is relatively dense around the last approximately 1/2'' of the circumference. The outer edge itself is densely coated as well. I measured 1/16'' thick, and the disc has a presence in the hand. The disc for the arbor on my angle grinder perfectly with no wobble, and definitely no flex. The cut is appropriately aggressive, and it cuts like butter. I noted no grit loss on my test cuts in glass. I have not tested other materials. The coated edge let me chamfer the edge of the cut prior to polishing on a wheel. I feel that this is a very good quality disc, and a good value at this price point. It is a good tool and will stay in my shop.

These are a non-segmented diamond blade, it's a design I honestly haven't seen before. Had no issue cutting glass, or ceramic tile, with no chipping. After testing it I took it to work, and forgot to change the blade. I'm a stone Mason, so I was using this blade to cut fond du lac, and then honestly did a great job cutting it. Also cut some cinder block and brick, and it was still able to cut glass without breaking the glass. The blades are 1.6 mm thick, so they're quite thin. They do come with the little metal adapter rings if you have an odd grinder, and there's two blades in the pack.

I received these EZARC 4-1/2” Diamond Glass Expert blades for evaluation and I and pleased to say I tested the blade on a standard DeWalt 4-1/2” angle grinder, and it fit the 7/8” arbor perfectly without requiring any adapters. I picked up this 2-pack of EZARC glass cutting discs for my angle grinder, and they've been really impressive to work with. The ultra-thin diamond edge cuts through ceramic tile, glass, and porcelain fast and clean without chipping the edges, which was always my biggest frustration with cheaper blades. What I noticed right away was how smooth the cuts come out. I was cutting some porcelain tile and the edges came off clean enough that I barely needed to touch them up. I've not yet used these discs on a real project but did try them out slicing up a small bottle. Cutting is smooth and easy, with the blade proving effective and precise in its cuts. The blade is well balanced with no wobble evident, even at high speed. With gentle use, clean cuts are possible but good control is needed and perhaps a variable speed tool, to ensure edges are clean and chip free. I saw no degradation or damage during this test beyond some of the paint being abraded by the glass. I think for the cost, these are an inexpensive solution to cutting glass, and likely ceramics, which I didn't yet test out.

Cuts great! I used it on some ceramic tile and it worked great. I made straight cuts and I know some people can cut curves but I'm not that guy. Before I talk about how they work, I want to say that I'm happy to see they included two rings for adapting to the proper shaft size. They didn't need to do that and it cost money but it's going to be helpful to a lot of people. Good job! Take 5 stars. Okay, the disks run smooth and true. No wobbling or uneven diameter. That means you get a clean cut and even cutting. Two things that make it a lot easier. I can't speak to the life of the disks. I cut about 10 tiles and the disk was still cutting well. It even stayed mostly red! I think these are a great value! A lot less than the ones at the big box store and in my experience, these cut just as well. I recommend them.

You can find similar style blades for half the price, except those blades will wear 2-3 times faster. They’ll look the same but when you pick them up they’re lightweight and have less cutting material. These blades have some heft to them and lots of cutting material. Would highly recommend for delicate materials where precision matters and you want to avoid any cracks or splintering.

Always been nervous cutting glass. And rightfully so. Lots of very disastrous attempts in my past. I was almost giddy to try these out when I got them. I want yo get past my fear and not have it limit my tile and glass projects. It sliced through ceramic tile clean, no chips at the edge. Thwn I tried it on a piece of glass with the same results. The blade is ultra thin so it doesn't wander. I haven't actually done a project yet. So I don't know how quickly it's going to wear out, but for the price having two in the pack is nice. I am really looking forward to doing a tie or a glass project now and not dreading this part.

Finally had a use for these diamond cutting discs. So to start with, they fit my cordless grinder well even with their thinness. The diamond edge made cutting 11ga steel tubing quick and the thinness of the disc actually helped with the cut. After, I inspected the disc and with the exception of where the top of the disc rubbed during use, it appeared that the disc had not even been used. If you've used standard cutoff wheels you know they wear quickly. Overall I am very impressed with the product so far. We will see how well they hold up when I start building my mini sand rails for off road use.
