This EZARC internal and external deburring chamfer tool set includes debur tools covering external diameters of 1/8″-3/4″ (3-19mm) and internal diameters of 1/8″-5/8″ (3-16mm). Deburring chamfer tool set features a 1/4" quick change hex shank fits all handheld and stationary drills.
Exquisite Crafts
The internal countersink chamfer is made of M2 high-speed steel, and the surface is black nitrided after heat treatment. The head of the external deburring chamfer is cast with zinc alloy, and the surface is black and bright electrophoretic treatment. 3 pieces of YG8 carbide blades provide better performance and longevity than high speed steel blades.
Easy to work
Attaching the deburring external chamfer tool to the end of your power drill, Use the lowest speed on the drill bit 0-400 RPMs, and then slightly applying pressure to remove the burr. Do not use impact mode.
