Arc Edge Curved Design
The EZARC Arc Edge reciprocating saw blade engages approximately 110% more teeth than a straight blade, reducing load per tooth for efficient cutting. Delivers up to 2X faster cutting and longer blade life in metal tubing.
6° Angled Shank
The 6° angled shank provides a secure connection and creates a natural downward cutting force for stronger tooth engagement. Helps the blade bite into metal for faster, more controlled cutting.
Bi-Metal with 8% Cobalt
M42 high-speed steel teeth with 8% cobalt provide wear and heat resistance, helping maintain hardness and sharpness under high cutting temperatures for efficient metal cutting.
Variable Tooth Height
Alternating tooth heights on the 14 TPI blade help improve chip evacuation and heat dissipation.
The 6-inch (150 mm) blade provides a 3.15-inch (80 mm ) effective cutting length for 0.08–0.24-inch (2–6 mm) metal tubing.
The 8-inch (200 mm) blade provides a 4.72-inch (120 mm) effective cutting length for 0.08–0.24-inch (2–6 mm) metal tubing.
The 10-inch (250 mm) blade provides a 5.91-inch (150 mm) effective cutting length for 0.08–0.24-inch (2–6 mm) metal tubing.
