The 5/16'' thickened shank increases strength, fits perfectly into 1/4" quick-change chucks, is designed for quick-change drills and impact drivers, and can extend drilling depth to meet deep-hole requirements.

Important Notes

Suitable for metal sheets up to 1/8" (3mm) thick and stainless steel up to 1mm. For better performance and longer tool life, use cutting oil or coolant during continuous drilling. Due to the larger cutting angles, initial drilling speed may be slower, which is normal.
