M42 high-speed steel teeth with 8% cobalt provide wear and heat resistance, helping maintain hardness and sharpness under high cutting temperatures for efficient metal cutting.
Variable Tooth Height
Alternating tooth heights on the 14 TPI blade help improve chip evacuation and heat dissipation.
The 6-inch (150 mm) blade provides a 3.15-inch (80 mm ) effective cutting length for 0.08–0.24-inch (2–6 mm) metal tubing.
The 8-inch (200 mm) blade provides a 4.72-inch (120 mm) effective cutting length for 0.08–0.24-inch (2–6 mm) metal tubing.
