We hope you are satisfied with your order! However, in case you are not completely happy, we offer support for returns.

Refunds And Returns For Conditions

Within 30 days of product delivery, we allow refunds or resending of the product in the following situations:

(1)The product is damaged upon receipt.

(2)The product received is incorrect.

(3)Quality issues during your usage.

If you meet the above criteria, please record a video to demonstrate the problem and send it to support@ezarctools.com. Upon confirmation that the product is defective or incorrect, we will arrange for a refund or resend.

If the products are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping fee associated with the return.

How to start your returns & refund

To initiate your returns and refund process, please reach out to us at support@ezarctools.com. We will guide you on where to send the returns. Once we confirm receipt of the returned products, refunds will be processed accordingly.

Please note the following details regarding refunds:

-The refund amount will not include any duties and taxes originally paid.
-The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
-Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
-Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Timeframe For Returns

Returns are handled during normal business hours (Weekdays, 8 am-6 pm).

Upon receiving your product, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours.

Our Quality Assurance team will then inspect the item(s) to ensure they are unopened and in their original condition.

If the item(s) pass our inspection, a refund will be issued to you, and you will be notified via email. Please note that the entire process, from receiving the returned product to issuing the refund, typically takes 3-5 business days to be processed.

If your item(s) do not pass the inspection, we will inform you of our decision. This could involve either sending the item(s) back to you at your expense or disposing of them.

Order Cancellations

Orders can typically be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
*If your item is currently in transit, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order.

When sending us an email, please include the following information:

- Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- Your name or the name of the person who placed the order
- The email address used to make the purchase


Cancellation Timeframe

After your order cancellation is approved, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed by your financial institution.
